David M. Bleser, President of BLESER & ASSOCIATES, LLC. provides comprehensive, customized programs that are designed to help our clients achieve their strategic initiatives.


David was growing up in the hotel / restaurant industry. His late father was the Director of Loss Prevention for Howard Johnson's Hotels and Restaurants. A United States Marine Veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Administration. 


Prior to launching BLESER & ASSOCIATES, LLC. for 10 years David was the Vice President of Operations for Hospitality Safeguards, Inc.  His past hospitality experience includes being a Food and Beverage Manager for Omni Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and an Associate Manager for Cracker Barrel Restaurants.

He is a member of the prestigious, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a past Chairman of the Loss Prevention Committee for the American Hotel and Lodging Association.


For over 20 years, he has provided proven strategies that increase the value of his client’s assets. Here are just some of his accomplishments:
