The InternalControl Reviews encompass not only the aforementioned but a thorough review of the general ledger and balanced sheets.
While reviewing the documents strict attention is paid to any potential red flags that may signal possible fraudulent activity.   Control weaknesses are identified with possible corrective action in the report regardless if any fraud is found.
